Aloha, When you plan a sunset ceremony on the beach allow enough time for your ceremony and photography. For most ceremonies we suggest you start your Wedding or Vow Renewal one hour before Sunset. For photo shoots 30-45 minutes before sunset. It is also necessary to arrive at the site 15 minutes prior to your ceremony.

If your driving the scenic coast from Ka’anapali to Wailea or Makena allow yourself 1 ˝ hours in case there is traffic. It is a beautiful drive and well worth the time to have your ceremony on a more remote and pristine beach. Allowing this extra time will help make your dream wedding more relaxed and will give you enough time for you ceremonies and spectacular sunset photos.
